The process of firing a handgun requires far more than just a strong trigger finger. Optimal conditioning includes conditioning of the fingers, hand, wrist and forearm as strength, dexterity, & endurance all contribute significantly to accuracy.
The following exercises are recommended for handgun use as well as competitive shooting:
Place fingertips on numbered buttons (1 for index finger, 2 for middle finger, 3 for ring finger, 4 for small finger), and position the curved end of the palm bar in the curved space between thumb and index finger. Keeping fingertips slightly bent, flex all fingers downward toward the center of the unit to compress springs.
