    Step 1

    Adjust resistance to the lowest setting.

    Turn the top cap counterclockwise until it pulls away from the VariGrip Unit. Please note that the spring that is already inside the unit may fall out into your hand.

    Insert the other spring vertically inside the unit.

    Step 4

    Close and tighten the top cap by turning it clockwise until it stops moving.
VariGrip Uno features a screw cap, located towards the top of the unit that holds the spring in place. In order to change from one spring to the other, please follow the steps above.
